After an interview AND you have been accepted into our program there are few things that need to be done so we can get you enrolled and started at Delta Charter School.  First, you need to un-enroll at your current school.  Second, you will need to contact Janis Fisk-Crossland and set up a time to take a basic assessment.  Third, you will need to fill out the enrollment packet that you will be given and bring in the required documents to your enrollment meeting.  At the enrollment meeting, an educational coordinator will assess your academic needs and with you and your parent or guardian develop a personal learning plan that will guide you through your educational journey.  Your appointment will take 1-2 hours.

Assessment:
Every student will take a basic assessment test prior to their enrollment meeting.  This test is a basic achievement skills inventory that is taken on the computer that helps us measure math, reading and language skills.  This test is taken on campus and takes 2 hours.  Students do not need to bring anything with them to take the test.

Documentation:
Please bring the following documents to your enrollment meeting filled out (both front and back) and signed.  A parent or guardian will need to come with you to the meeting.

  • Enrollment packet filled out
  • Immunization Records
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Proof of guardianship, if other than legal parent
  • Proof of Residence (current copy of utilities, water or garbage)
  • Current copy of Transcript with year ending grades
  • Withdrawal slip from existing school (if transferring from another high school-you must un-enroll before we can admit you into our program.)
  • Copy of Student fines from existing school

As a courtesy to others, please arrive on time to your schedule appointment. Late arrival may result in rescheduling appointment day and time. To reschedule your appointment please call Janis Fisk-Crossland at 209-830-6363.
