Mrs. Fisk-Crossland grew up in a family owned business where she learned dry cleaning and all phases of drapery fabrication. That is when her passion for sewing began. She worked in a drapery shop for 14 years. Trying to find a balance between work and being a stay at home mom she found herself teaching aerobics to children and aquatic exercise to adults. Later, she went back to work full time in sales. She quickly advanced up the corporate ladder and later became the personal assistant to the vice president and president of the corporation. As the company evolved, she chose to change direction once again and sought employment that would allow her to be involved with her children's education. When she is not working, she enjoys sewing, cooking ,canning, water skiing, fishing and watching her children play sports.
