MASTER AGREEMENTS AND PLP

In order to stay compliant with our charter, all students must have a current Master Agreement filled out and on file with their educational coordinator and meet for your Personalized Learning Plan (PLP) Review Meeting.  Every 4 – 6 weeks each student and parent/guardian (if student is less than 18 years old) MUST meet with his/her assigned Educational Coordinator to review the student’s progress.  It is the responsibility of the student and/or Home Educator to ensure a meeting is scheduled with the EC and attended.

At a minimum each student must prepare and bring with him/her to the meeting the following:

  • Daily Educational Planner filled out AND signed by the Home Educator
  • All logs filled out, signed, and hours totaled for courses identified on the PLP requiring a log
  • A binder with dividers by subject showing the syllabus outline, work completed marked on the syllabus, and detailed notes for each subject.  A sample copy of the notes will be taken during the PLP review meeting and included in the student’s file.
  • Any off-line assignments scheduled for completion as noted on the PLP.
