Reed Niemi

Social Studies/Debate/E.C.

An educator for the past 16 years, Reed Niemi coached forensics at James Logan High School while completing his degree in Political Theory at San Francisco State. He then established a speech and debate program at The Athenian School in Danville, where he continued to coach for the next 9 years, during which time he also managed two Bay Area bookstores. In 2005, Mr. Niemi moved back to his home town, Stockton, with his wife and 6th grade sweetheart, Sheli Ayers. He has two beautiful daughters, Katie and Anu. Mr. Niemi is excited about working for Delta Charter High School, where he teaches Speech and Debate and Social Studies.
