Credits:  5                   In order to earn the credits:

  1. Spanish 2A Students must complete days 1 through 90 by December 21, 2007 (Powerglide).
  2. Spanish 2B Students must complete days 91 through 180 by December 21, 2007 (Powerglide).
  3. Students must regularly attend scheduled labs and complete class assignments.
  4. Students must take assessments during the course of the semester.  If an assessment is missed, it is the sole responsibility of the student to arrange a make-up time and date.

Evaluation:  Students will be given an overall grade based on the following components and corresponding percentages:
Attendance and Participation              20%               
Powerglide (Online) overall grade     50%   
Quizzes & Tests                                    30%

Grades will be given on the traditional scale; 90-100% is and A, 80-89% is a B, and so on.  Although “Attendance & Participation” only make up 20% of the students grade, students will NOT receive credits without attending, dropping, or being dropped for any reason as the Lab is a required component of the class.
